Ultrasonic Thickness Gauging (UTG)
Measuring how much metal is left in hulls, tanks, piping and pressure vessels — without cutting, draining, or taking the asset out of service. Carried out as an approved service supplier to nine classification societies.
Weld & Volumetric Inspection
Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
Detecting cracks, lack of fusion and inclusions inside welds and material. Single-sided access, no radiation, no exclusion zone.
Phased Array (PAUT) & TOFD
Imaging-based weld inspection with accurate flaw height sizing and archived digital scans. The radiation-free alternative to radiography when downtime matters.
Radiographic Testing (RT)
Volumetric weld inspection producing a permanent radiographic record — still the reference method specified by many fabrication codes.
Surface & Near-Surface Inspection
Magnetic Particle (MT) & Dye Penetrant (PT)
Finding surface-breaking cracks while they are still small — on ferromagnetic steel with MT, and on stainless, aluminium and other non-magnetic materials with PT.
Eddy Current Testing (ECT)
Crack detection through paint and coatings, plus tube inspection — often removing the cost of stripping and reinstating coating altogether.
